What was the highlight of Amity Poshtel

Misleading pictures and name (poshtel).

Toilet/bathroom was clean enough.

The dorm rokm was much older than the picture so better not expecting brand new quality room. The pictures were quite misleading. The room was very humid and the light doesn't come in enough. I was expecting the quality of the poshtel in BKK but this one in Krabi absolutely doesn't deserve the name.

What was the highlight of Amity Poshtel

Overall we had a great time for a very good price!

The hostel is located near the night market and is also very close to Wat Kaew. There are good restaurants and cafés on the main road and there is also a supermarket and shopping center close by. The staff was friendly and very helpful. There was a refrigerator in the room that was filled with free water bottles. We also ordered food and drinks from the restaurant which was also very good.

More variety could be added to the breakfast buffet.

Large room, clean, tidy, very effective ceiling fan as well...

Large room, clean, tidy, very effective ceiling fan as well as aircon. We only stayed for one evening but it completely served its purpose and the bottled beer was a good price in the bar area.

The breakfast in the restaurant was terrible and, although a good price, definitely not worth the money and I would go elsewhere.

Basic, clean and good location.

Just basic but just good enough to stay. And the staff was friendly and polite. And I loves the cats sitting everywhere. And it is just right in the middle of the city but quiet enough to sleep.

A bit pricey, because if was just basic. And no elevator at all.

Huge room space for 4 people on a 2 persons bedroom, good location and good price for the area.

No windows in the rooms directly only a small one in the bathroom, so no light. Moldy smell.

Everything!

Everything!! Nice rooms, good food, very clean, very good toilets, free shampoo and shower gel, cheap scooter rental. I stay 3 extra days just cause I was very comfortable.

Just to say something, cause everything was very good. Some of the staff at the restaurant didn't speak good English

Cold & impersonal.

Location.

No shared space apart from chairs in a corridor-I found a roof area, but was not told about it & don't think anyone else was aware. Also laundry but no info! Lack of communication. Two recreceptions, one also bar/restaurant. There is a 'trips folder' in this area, but staff lack knowledge. It is very impersonal & not at all social. Built, designed & run by people that have never been in a hostel or understand what they are for. Rant over ;)

VERY FRIENDLY AND KIND STARTS, 24 reception, their Pad thai was very good which i ordered for breakfast instead of having a buffet breakfast which was 2 times more expensive thanpad thai. room and bed is so clean, close to the marker

Male and female's toilets and shower areas were same which made me feel so strange while taking a shower since i can be seen from next shower area Super far away from the beach so had to take some transportation to reach, EXPENSIVE TOUR PROGRAMS THAN OTHER SHOPS ON THE STREET, had to pay 150 bat for the shuttle bus to the airport which i paid 90 bat from airport to the hostel. I was there for 4 days and during 2 days water purifier was empty so couldn't use it

What was the highlight of Amity Poshtel

Really liked staying at the Amity. We normally steer clear of hostels even if having a private room as it can be loud and full of idiots but the Amity is super quiet and chilled. It is new so everything is super clean and in good working order. The double/twin rooms are big, the shower is separate and not over the toilet and a decent one too. Washing machine on the roof to use for 30B and the night market is 3 mins walk away where you can have a pad thai for 50B.

Great hostel close to the Krabi Town night market. The hostel is clean and includes locker (with lock), towel, and really comfortable beds.

We are travelling full time on a budget and after visiting a few destinations and hotel prior this hotel felt like luxury! We had a premium room which was huge and hit its on shower and toilet. The beds, air con, fridge, safe and last but not least the staff were all positives. As bloggers that rely on wifi we could even stream netflix it was that good. Love our stay here

It was a great hostel with good beds, a locker, nice clean rooms and bathrooms. The staff was very nice and helpful and there's a tourist information stand on the same street where you can book cheap rides almost anywhere and sightseeing trips and other activities.
